Job Summary:
The Car Showroom Manager is responsible for managing the overall showroom operations, driving vehicle sales, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, supervising the sales team, and achieving dealership sales and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual vehicle sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase showroom performance.
- Monitor daily sales activities and lead generation.
- Ensure effective handling of walk-in customers, inquiries, and test drives.
- Promote retail, corporate, and fleet sales opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of Sales Consultants/DSEs.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Provide coaching, training, and development to sales staff.
- Ensure manpower planning and discipline within the showroom.
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively.
- Monitor customer feedback and improve satisfaction levels.
- Ensure timely follow-up of inquiries and leads.
Operations Management
- Maintain showroom standards, display vehicles, and branding as per company guidelines.
- Coordinate with stockyard, logistics, and service departments for vehicle availability and delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and vehicle aging.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards.
Finance & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor booking, billing, retail, and collection activities.
- Control operational expenses and maximize profitability.
- Support finance and insurance sales targets.
Marketing Activities
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, events, and roadshows.
- Coordinate ATL/BTL activities for lead generation.
- Build relationships with corporate customers and local business partners.

Qualifications
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in automobile sales.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and dealership management systems.
