About Caterersnearme
Caterersnearme is a platform that helps customers find and book the best caterers for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, housewarming ceremonies, poojas, and other celebrations. We connect customers with verified caterers based on their budget, cuisine preferences, and event location.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up and get leads from our agents.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and lead status.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth customer handovers.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion targets.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus).
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and email.
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills are also welcome to apply.
