Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to support the Finance Department in managing daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank and cash reconciliations.
- Maintain petty cash records and expense reports.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities (where applicable).
- Update accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, ERP, etc.).
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
