Position: Network Development Manager
FPL Groups – Automobile Industry
Location: Ambattur
Key Responsibilities
- Site Sourcing & Feasibility: Scout prime locations based on technical specifications and business requirements. Conduct site surveys to evaluate structural feasibility, utility access (e.g., power, water), and target demographics.
- Negotiation & Acquisition: Negotiate lease, rental, or purchase agreements directly with property owners, real estate brokers, or gated community committees.
- Zoning & Permitting: Ensure all property developments comply with local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations. File and secure necessary permits from municipal offices and government authorities.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (design, engineering, legal) and external stakeholders (landowners, local councils, regulatory bodies).
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Typically 2-8+ years in real estate, land acquisition, or field-based business development (highly prevalent in industries like telecom, retail, and healthcare).
- Negotiation & Legal Acumen: Deep understanding of local property laws, contracts, and lease management. Strong ability to resolve land disputes and secure favorable pricing.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills to build relationships with property owners and community leaders.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously while tracking legal documentation and adhering to project timelines.
