Responsibilities:

- Drive growth through fundraising, investor relations, talent acquisition like SOC analysts, and culture-building in cybersecurity settings with defense elements.
- Monitor industry trends in cybersecurity risks, defense tech, and market opportunities to shape strategy and mitigate threats.

Candidates need 5+ years in startups or tech, ideally in cybersecurity or defense, with prior Chief of Staff or strategy roles preferred. • Key skills include strategic thinking, project management, data analysis using Excel or Python, and knowledge of cyber tools, Zero Trust architectures, and compliance standards like NIST.
- BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in CS/IS or equivalent is required, with cyber certifications such as CISSP or CEH being advantageous.
