Job Description:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Shadow Teacher to provide one-on-one support to a child in a school setting.
The role involves assisting the child academically, behaviorally, and socially to help them participate effectively in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to the child during school hours
- Assist with classroom tasks, attention, and participation
- Implement strategies recommended by therapists or special educators
- Support behavior management and social interaction
- Coordinate with parents, teachers, and therapists
- Maintain daily progress notes (if required)
Requirements:
- any graduates can apply.
- any graduates with passion for teaching is welcome.
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills are a must
- Prior experience with children with special needs is an added advantage
Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and timing)
