Role Summary
We are looking for a well-spoken, customer-focused Front Desk Executive to
manage walk-in customers, address service-related queries, and coordinate with the
technical team to ensure a smooth service experience for mobile phones, laptops, and
tablets.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers and understand their device service or repair requirements
- Maintain daily customer walk-in and service logs
- Create and update job cards, service forms, and customer details in the system
- Explain service process, turnaround time, and charges (if applicable) to customers
- Coordinate with technicians to get updates on repair status
- Communicate service updates to customers via call/SMS/WhatsApp
- Handle follow-ups for parts availability, service completion, and customer feedback
- Assist in generating basic reports for customer visits and complaints
- Request customers to submit feedback on Google Reviews after service completion a
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in front desk, customer service, or retail roles
- Basic knowledge of mobile/laptop devices preferred
- Strong communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office or basic computer skills
- Polite, patient, and professional customer handling attitude
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with backend/technical teams
Working Hours
Timings: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
