- Load Planning & Loading
- Execute truck loading as per the approved load plan and load sheet.
- Ensure accurate cargo placement with no shipment mismatch or missed cargo.
- Timely Dispatch
- Complete loading within defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Ensure all trucks are ready for dispatch without operational delays.
- Cargo Safety & Documentation
- Handle cargo safely to prevent damage during loading.
- Maintain accurate load sheets, dispatch records, and loading documentation.
- Safety & Coordination
- Follow all safety procedures and ensure proper PPE usage during loading.
- Coordinate with operations teams, escalate issues promptly, and obtain approvals before truck dispatch
