Role Objective
To lead and manage the dealer network for the company’s food products, ensuring strong market penetration, consistent sales growth, and compliance with company policies and food industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Dealer Network Strategy Develop and implement strategies to expand and strengthen the dealer/distributor network across regions.
- Dealer Onboarding Identify, evaluate, and appoint new dealers/distributors to enhance market coverage.
- Sales & Revenue Growth Set sales targets, monitor dealer performance, and drive initiatives to achieve revenue objectives.
- Relationship Management Build strong partnerships with dealers, resolve conflicts, and ensure long-term collaboration.
- Market Development Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitor strategies, and consumer trends.
- Training & Support Provide product knowledge sessions, sales training, and marketing support to dealers.
- Compliance & Standards Ensure dealers adhere to company policies, pricing structures, and food safety regulations.
- Reporting & Analysis Prepare regular reports on dealer sales, market coverage, and performance metrics for management review.
Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
