- Lead Capturing & Routing: Automatically funnels inquiries from dealership websites, social platforms, and third-party aggregators into a single system, assigning them to the correct sales agent.
- Test Drive & Pipeline Tracking: Schedules and tracks test drives, while monitoring prospect progression through the sales funnel to prevent lost opportunities.
- Customer Profiling: Records preferences (e.g., budget, model preference, driving habits) to deliver highly personalized vehicle recommendations.
2. After-Sales and Service Operations
- Service Reminders: Automates timely notifications for routine maintenance, oil changes, and annual vehicle inspections.
- Warranty & Recall Management: Manages and automates critical communications regarding vehicle safety recalls and warranty expiration dates.
- Feedback Collection: Automates post-service follow-ups (via SMS, WhatsApp, or email) to track customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and resolve complaints.
3. Data-Driven Marketing and Retention
- Targeted Campaigns: Utilizes demographic and purchase history data to run tailored promotional campaigns for accessories, insurance renewals, and trade-in offers.
- Loyalty Programs: Identifies high-value customers and manages communications for loyalty benefits, exclusive invites to new vehicle launches, and VIP service packages.
