Responsibilities :
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Meet individual and team performance targets, including response time and resolution metrics.
Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to customer support activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
