Job Profile: Personal Executive to Directors
We are looking for a dynamic and professional Personal Executive to support our Directors with day-to-day coordination, communication, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and must demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive-level administrative support to Directors
Prepare, analyze, and maintain reports using MS Excel (advanced formulas, data handling, dashboards preferred).
Prepare presentations, reports, and documents using Excel and PowerPoint. Create impactful PowerPoint presentations for client meetings.
Manage daily email communication and scheduling through MS Outlook.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely execution of tasks.
Handle documentation, communication drafts, meeting minutes, and follow-ups.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, multitasking ability, and attention to detail
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Executive preferred
