Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inquiries.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and benefits to customers.
- Qualify leads and identify customer requirements.
- Convince and engage potential customers to schedule site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and emails.
- Update customer information and lead status in CRM/software.
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and customer meetings.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Pre-Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
