Job Summary
Zechay is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to oversee procurement activities, vendor management, inventory planning, and cost optimization. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills and experience in purchasing food, kitchen, and operational supplies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
Compare prices and maintain cost-effective purchasing practices.
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Track purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.
Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
