About the Role
We’re looking for a curious and detail-oriented SEO Content Writing Intern to
help us create high-quality, research-backed content for startup founders,
venture capital firms, and global companies building teams in India.
This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates with a background in
Journalism, Mass Communication, English, Marketing, or related fields who enjoy
researching complex topics and turning them into engaging, easy-to-understand
content.
What You’ll Do
Research - hiring process, talent, startup ecosystem, and technology trends.
Write SEO-optimized long-form articles (1,000–2,000 words) that rank well
on search engines.
Write and publish engaging LinkedIn posts aligned with the company's
content strategy, industry trends, and target audience.
Create one-page, corridor-first content pieces focused on high-intent search
queries.
Ensure every article concludes with a relevant company benchmark or
advisor call-to-action.
Conduct keyword research and incorporate primary and secondary
keywords naturally into content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve website traffic through
organic search.
Fact-check information using credible sources and maintain editorial
accuracy.
Update and optimize existing content based on SEO best practices.
Who We’re Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Journalism,
Marketing, Mass Communication, English, Business, or a related field.
Excellent written English with strong grammar and storytelling skills.
Strong research and analytical abilities.
Understanding of SEO fundamentals is a plus (keywords, search intent,
headings, meta descriptions, etc.).
Ability to simplify complex business and technology concepts into reader-
friendly content.
Curious about startups, technology, venture capital, recruitment, and
global hiring trends.
Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.
Familiarity with AI writing and research tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini,
Claude, or Perplexity) is a bonus.
