Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role based in Kozhikode. The Finance Manager will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting for multiple locations. The role involves monitoring accounts payable and receivable, managing ledgers, and ensuring accurate and timely financial statements. The Finance Manager will support strategic decision-making by analyzing financial performance, identifying cost optimization opportunities, and preparing management reports. The position also includes ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls, while collaborating closely with leadership, auditors, and cross-functional teams.
- Qualified with MBA( Finance) or CA or CMA.
- Strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with the ability to manage cash flow and multi-location finances.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, and use of accounting software or ERP systems.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory compliance relevant to retail or multi-outlet businesses.
- Experience in building and maintaining internal controls, cost management, and inventory-related financial oversight.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical reasoning abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with management, branch teams, and external partners.
- Proven experience in a finance or accounting leadership role, preferably in retail, FMCG, or multi-branch operations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
