Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and online training on SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling).
- Prepare training materials, presentations, user manuals, and practical assignments.
- Conduct hands-on sessions using SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
- Explain business processes and real-time SAP FICO scenarios.
- Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and practical exercises.
- Provide guidance and support to learners throughout the training program..
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SAP FICO Certification is preferred.
Experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in SAP FICO training, implementation, or support is preferred.
- Corporate training experience will be an added advantage
