We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to handle end-to-end operational activities for our Digital Lending NBFC business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Digital lending operations
* Loan disbursement coordination
* Recovery & collections coordination
* LOS/LMS operations handling
* Vendor & API partner coordination
* Operational MIS & escalation management
* Cross-functional coordination with Credit, Legal, Tech & Operations teams
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
