As an Fitness Trainer, you will be responsible for guiding clients through safe and effective EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) workouts, ensuring they achieve their fitness goals. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct EMS Training Sessions:
- Deliver one-on-one or group EMS training sessions tailored to clients' fitness levels and goals.
- Demonstrate Exercises:
- Explain and demonstrate proper techniques for EMS-assisted exercises to minimize injury and maximize results.
- Monitor Performance:
- Observe clients during training sessions, ensuring correct posture and safe EMS usage.
- Program Customization:
- Design and modify EMS workout plans based on individual needs and progress.
- Client Education:
- Educate clients on the benefits of EMS training and provide guidance on nutrition and recovery.
- Equipment Handling:
- Set up, maintain, and sanitize EMS equipment before and after each session.
- Client Progress Tracking:
- Record and monitor clients' progress and provide regular feedback to keep them motivated.
Qualifications
- Certification in fitness training (basic level or advanced).
- Knowledge of EMS technology and experience in EMS training (preferred).
- Strong understanding of exercise science and injury prevention.
- Proficiency in English (mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to clients' individual needs and fitness levels.
- Local resident of Bangalore (mandatory).
Compensation
- ₹22,000/month
- Performance-based Salary Hike: salary increments will depend on individual performance and client feedback
