Key Responsibilities:
Parent Engagement & Communication
Act as the primary point of contact for all admissions inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins.
Conduct personalized school tours, open houses, and virtual information sessions.
Build strong relationships with prospective families by understanding their needs and clearly articulating the school’s value proposition.
Admissions Process Management
Guide parents through the application process, from inquiry to enrollment and orientation.
Review application materials for completeness and accuracy.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for interviews, assessments, and class placements.
CRM & Data Management
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups using a CRM platform.
Track and report on inquiry trends, conversion rates, and enrollment pipeline stages.
Follow up consistently to nurture leads and reduce drop-offs in the admissions funnel.
Marketing & Outreach Support
Collaborate with marketing to plan and support school promotional events and campaigns.
Provide insights and feedback to improve outreach efforts based on parent interactions.
Represent the school at education fairs, expos, and community engagement events.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Business, or related field preferably
2–4 years of experience in school admissions, customer service, or sales (preferably in an international or private school setting)
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Confident public speaker and empathetic listener
Ability to multitask, stay organised, and meet enrollment deadlines
