Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to the Managing Director with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and executive support to the MD, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare, review, and organize reports, presentations, MIS, correspondence, and official documents.
- Follow up with various departments on action points and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion.
- Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, hotel bookings, and expense coordination.
- Draft and proofread emails, letters, reports, presentations, and other business communications.
- Attend meetings, prepare minutes, and track follow-up action items.
- Conduct research and prepare summaries or reports as required by the MD.
- Coordinate with senior management and key stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
- Support the MD in day-to-day business and administrative activities.
- Maintain proper records and ensure effective document management.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to MD, CEO, Director, or Senior Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Google Workspace.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Excellent drafting, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
