Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic LinkedIn Content Creator & Reel Script Writer to develop engaging content tailored for our professional audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong flair for storytelling, creative video concepts, and social media trends, with an understanding of LinkedIn’s algorithm and short-form video content. The role involves creating impactful LinkedIn content, writing engaging Reel scripts, and developing creative video ideas that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and audience reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand and founder goals.
- Research trends and create engaging LinkedIn posts, articles, and updates.
- Write creative Reel/video scripts with strong hooks, storytelling, and CTAs.
- Develop creative video concepts, visual ideas, scenes, and engaging storytelling formats.
- Repurpose content across LinkedIn and Reels for maximum reach and engagement.
- Analyse content performance and optimise based on metrics, trends, and audience response.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, video, and leadership teams for consistent messaging.
