Job Summary
MKCRP is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with experience in Clean Room, HVAC, Pharma, Industrial Projects, Engineering, or Turnkey Solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing key client relationships, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Pharma, Healthcare, Electronics, Food Processing, and Industrial clients.
- Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team for proposals.
- Prepare quotations, techno-commercial offers, and negotiate contracts.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, and Project teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain CRM and submit regular sales reports.
- Identify new market opportunities across India.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Business, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of B2B sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.

Pay: ₹14,208.67 - ₹57,077.55 per month
