Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through freelancing platforms, online bidding portals, email marketing, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
- Research and identify potential clients across various industries.
- Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
- Coordinate with the technical team to prepare project quotations, cost estimates, and delivery timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into long-term customers.
- Maintain an updated database of leads and client communications.
- Submit daily and weekly activity reports to management.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to understand IT services and client requirements.
- Knowledge of online bidding portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Fiverr, etc.
- Familiarity with lead generation techniques using LinkedIn, email outreach, and online research.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred).
- Experience in IT sales or business development is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
