Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and experienced Customer Relationship Officer to manage client relationships, provide excellent customer support, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to handle customer queries, and experience in maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding company services, including visa assistance, travel packages, ticketing, and other travel solutions.
- Follow up with customers regarding service updates, requirements, and feedback.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for quick resolution.
- Conduct customer satisfaction calls and collect service feedback.
- Maintain and update customer details in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with visa, ticketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable services.
- Support customer retention activities and maintain customer loyalty.
- Prepare daily/weekly customer interaction and feedback reports.
- Ensure professional and timely communication with all customers.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support, or Client Handling (Travel industry experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to handle multiple customer requests and follow-ups.
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
