Supervisor of GDA Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Supervisor for GDA to oversee and manage the daily activities of General Duty Assistants team in our hospital. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in hospital operations, team supervision, and hygiene protocol implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of GDAs staff.
- Ensure adherence to hospital hygiene, sanitation, and infection control standards.
- Monitor daily duties and ensure proper staffing for all hospital areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of wards, OPD, ICUs, and other patient areas.
- Provide training to new and existing staff on patient care assistance and cleanliness standards.
- Maintain duty rosters, attendance, and performance records.
- Report issues and improvements to hospital administration.
- Ensure patient and staff satisfaction through clean and supportive environments.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
