About Us
We are an established interior design studio specializing in premium residential and commercial interiors. We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer who can independently handle design development (Autocad-2d and 3d Max, V-Ray, Sketch-up), client interactions, technical drawings, site coordination, and project execution from concept to completion.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate should possess strong design sensibilities, excellent technical drawing skills, and practical site experience. She should be capable of creating detailed 2D drawings, developing realistic 3D visualizations, preparing BOQs, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, and professionally presenting design concepts to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Planning
- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed space planning layouts and furniture layouts.
- Create complete technical drawing sets including, Floor Plans, Furniture Layouts, Ceiling Plans (RCP), Electrical Layouts, Elevations, Section Drawings, Joinery Details, and Working Drawings.
- Ensure all drawings are accurate and execution-ready.
3D Visualization
- Develop detailed 3D models using SketchUp and/or 3ds Max.
- Produce realistic interior renderings and presentation materials.
- Coordinate design revisions based on client feedback.
Documentation & BOQ
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Generate material specifications and finish schedules.
- Prepare project cost estimates.
- Maintain project documentation and design records.
Site Coordination & Execution
- Conduct site visits and site measurements.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other vendors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure design compliance during execution.
- Resolve on-site design and execution issues.
Vendor & Supplier Coordination
- Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers regarding materials, finishes, quotations, and procurement.
- Compare quotations and recommend suitable options.
Client Management
- Attend client meetings and understand project requirements.
- Present design concepts, layouts, materials, and 3D visualizations professionally.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout project execution.
- Handle design discussions and revisions confidently.

- Candidate with experience in both design and site execution.
- Comfortable traveling for site visits and vendor meetings.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and construction processes.
