Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor for our Electric Vehicle (EV) service center. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer service requests, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring smooth service operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualification:
- Any Degree / Diploma / ITI (Automobile preferred)
- Basic knowledge of automobile or EV service industry
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Experience:
0–3 years in automobile showroom or service center
Required Skills:
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Knowledge of EV vehicles and service processes
- Basic computer knowledge for billing and job card management
- Coordination and teamwork abilities
- Problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Ability to explain technical issues in simple terms
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Attend customers and understand vehicle concerns
- Prepare job cards and explain service estimates
- Coordinate with technicians for repair and maintenance work
- Update customers regarding vehicle service status
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles after service
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Maintain service records and customer database
- Promote customer satisfaction and service quality
- Follow workshop safety standards and company procedures

- Candidates from automobile or EV background
