Job Profile – Sales
- Provide overall guidance to the sales team for the effective implementation of sales strategy and performance.
- Create and drive a strategic business plan, ensuring growth in market share & business volumes through demand generation.
- Drive innovative customer satisfaction and retention programs to deliver a greater customer delight index.
- Analysis of sales revenue, volume, market share, etc. of the branch to formulate marketing & sales strategies and take appropriate midcourse correction.
- Lead the implementation of any new initiatives required to improve dealerships operations and customer experience.
- Overall P&L management of the business division.
JOB ROLE : SERVICE
Job Description – Service
· Prepare an action plan to meet the financial target of the branch based on market conditions, monitor the achievements, take corrective action if the target is not achieved.
· Observe Workshop activities like vehicle flow, outflow and residual vehicles in the shop floor and initiate actions for any debottlenecking that may be required.
· Drive innovative customer satisfaction / retention programs to deliver greater Customer Delight Index
· Lead the implementation of any new initiatives required to improve dealerships' operations and customer experience.
· Provide overall guidance to the service team for the effective implementation of service strategy and performance.
· Drive periodic service process audits to assess service quality in the units and initiate improvement actions as required.
· Overall P&L management of the business division.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹424,612.63 - ₹500,000.00 per year
