Position: CCTV Field Technician
Job Location: Kolkata & Nearby Areas
Job Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of CCTV systems (IP & Analog).
- Installation and configuration of DVRs, NVRs, and IP cameras.
- LAN cabling, cable termination, and rack dressing.
- Installation and configuration of switches, routers, and wireless bridges.
- Troubleshooting CCTV, networking, and surveillance systems.
- Preventive maintenance and AMC support.
- Preparing service reports and updating work status.
- Coordinating with customers for installation and service activities.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of IP cameras, networking, PoE switches, wireless bridging, and structured cabling.
- Basic knowledge of computers and networking.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
