- Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely manufacturing of skin care products.
- Monitor manpower, machine operations, GMP, hygiene, and safety compliance across the production floor.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, batch records, and SOPs are strictly followed.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams to minimize downtime and resolve production issues.
- Train and manage production staff while maintaining discipline, productivity, and continuous process improvement.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
