Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong business analysis and communication skills to join our team. Candidates with ERPNext experience are preferred. However, Business Analysts without ERPNext experience who are interested and willing to learn ERPNext are also encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with clients, understanding business requirements, analyzing processes, and converting business needs into effective ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Understand existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements and ERP workflows.
- Work closely with clients to understand their operational and business needs.
- Prepare BRDs, functional documents, user stories, process flows, and other relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with technical and development teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented.
- Assist in configuring and implementing ERP solutions based on business requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain functional features to clients.
- Support UAT, testing, issue tracking, and implementation activities.
- Coordinate with development teams to clarify functional requirements and resolve issues.
- Provide post-implementation support and assist clients with functional queries.
- Learn and work with ERPNext/Frappe Framework based on project requirements.
Required Skills
- 1.5–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Consulting, ERP, or a related role.
- Strong requirement-gathering and business process analysis skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in interacting with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Good documentation and analytical skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with technical teams.
ERPNext Experience
- Candidates with hands-on ERPNext experience are preferred.
- Experience in ERPNext implementation, customization, or functional consulting will be an added advantage.
- ERPNext experience is not mandatory for candidates with strong Business Analysis skills.
- Candidates who are interested and willing to learn ERPNext/Frappe Framework are encouraged to apply.
