Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound sales calls to potential customers
- Handling inbound calls from interested customers
- Explaining products/services and answering questions
- Persuading customers to make a purchase
- Maintaining customer records and updating databases
- Following up on leads and previous customers
- Achieving monthly or weekly sales targets

- Strong communication and convincing skills

- Basic computer knowledge (CRM systems, MS Office)
