Tele Sales Executive – Interior Company
Location: Kadugodi, Whitefield, Bengaluru
Job Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with new and existing leads.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our interior services.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up on quotations and convert leads into confirmed projects.
- Maintain customer records and update lead status in Excel/CRM.
- Coordinate with the design and sales teams for smooth client communication.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in telesales or telecalling is preferred.
Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month
Incentives: ₹2,000–₹5,000 for every lead converted into a confirmed project.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
