Job Description :-
We are looking for a Billing & Inventory Executive to handle billing operations and inventory management at our manufacturing unit called Nanopack Industries , Thrissur. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and have hands-on experience in billing and stock management using Tally.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare sales invoices, delivery challans, and related billing documents
- Ensure accurate billing entries in Tally
- Maintain daily stock records (inward & outward)
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and accounts teams
- Perform basic inventory reconciliation and reporting
- Maintain proper documentation and filing
- Support accounts team for routine operational activities
Eligibility Criteria
- Gender: Male / female
- Age: Above 30 years
- Qualification: B.Com
- Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in billing / inventory
- Skills Required:
- Must know Tally
- Basic knowledge of billing and inventory processes
- Good accuracy and record-keeping skills
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates residing nearby Peringandoor / Velappaya / Thrissur area
- Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
