Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in recruitment and hands-on experience in bulk hiring for both IT and Non-IT positions.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, following up with candidates, and ensuring successful closures within the given timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Manage bulk hiring requirements and ensure timely candidate closures.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, experience, skills, and communication.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and upcoming hiring requirements.
- Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, offers, and joining dates.
- Ensure candidates join successfully and minimize offer dropouts.
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand hiring requirements.
- Meet recruitment targets and maintain the expected quality of candidate submissions.
- Handle multiple job requirements simultaneously and prioritize urgent positions.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment.
- Experience in bulk hiring is mandatory.
- Experience in hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing through job portals and other recruitment platforms.
- Good understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to screen candidates effectively based on job requirements.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and work under deadlines.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment trackers and reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
Preferred Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be target-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling high-volume recruitment requirements. The candidate must have strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills and should be comfortable working on multiple IT and Non-IT requirements simultaneously.
Candidates with prior experience in recruitment agencies, consultancy, staffing firms, or bulk hiring environments will be preferred.
Compensation
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
