We are looking for a driven Business Sales Executive to support lead generation and outreach efforts for our real estate broking vertical. The role involves engaging with and potential clients to build a strong pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make cold calls to potential clients to generate fundraising leads
- Identify and connect with potential clients
- Manage outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Maintain and track leads, conversations, and pipeline status
- Support proposal discussions and initial client interactions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and execution
Experience
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in real estate broking, property sales, or a similar client-facing advisory or sales role
Communication — Non-Negotiable
- Exceptionally well-spoken English, both verbal and written — fluent, confident, and professionally articulate
- You will be our first voice to clients, partners, and developers; the standard of communication you bring must reflect the firm we are
Skills & Attributes
- Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the drive to exceed targets
- Presentable, punctual, and highly organized — someone who takes professional conduct seriously
- A basic understanding of Mumbai's real estate landscape is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
Requirements:
- B.Com / BBA or similar
- 0–2 years of experience in sales / business development / lead generation
- Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence in cold calling and client interactions
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
