Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and support efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks.
- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting complex software applications built on Python frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software lifecycle and support methodologies.
- Ability to analyze logs, trace errors, and identify root causes in multi-component systems.
- Familiarity with version control systems and deployment processes related to Python applications.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with development and operations teams.
