- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities, including universities, courses, intakes, eligibility, and career prospects.
- Understand each student’s academic background, career goals, budget, preferred country, and course interests before suggesting suitable options.
- Provide accurate information on universities, programs, admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, living expenses, and post-study opportunities.
- Shortlist suitable universities and courses based on student eligibility, rankings, course structure, affordability, and career outcomes.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, emails, and online counselling sessions.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students and work towards converting enquiries into applications and enrolments.
- Assist students with application forms, SOPs, LORs, CVs, academic documents, and other admission documentation.
- Coordinate with the processing/admissions team to ensure applications are submitted accurately and within deadlines.
- Track and follow up on applications, offer letters, pending documents, deposits, CAS/COE/I-20 or equivalent documents, and visa status.
- Provide basic guidance regarding the student visa process, financial requirements, documentation, and interview preparation, depending on the destination.
- Maintain regular communication with students, parents, universities, colleges, representatives, and internal teams.
- Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly targets for applications, deposits, enrolments, or conversions.
- Maintain accurate student information and update CRM, follow-up sheets, application trackers, and daily reports.
- Attend university training sessions, webinars, workshops, and destination-specific training to stay updated with admission policies and requirements.
- Develop knowledge of multiple study destinations and support counselling/conversions for other destinations whenever required.
- Participate in student seminars, education fairs, webinars, counselling events, and promotional activities.
- Maintain professional counselling standards and ensure students receive genuine, transparent, and ethical guidance.
- Coordinate closely with the Team Leader/Manager and provide timely updates regarding leads, applications, conversions, challenges, and pending cases.
- Build long-term relationships with students and seek references and referrals from successfully enrolled students.
- Perform any additional counselling, admissions, follow-up, or conversion-related responsibilities assigned by the management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
