Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should be passionate about travel, possess strong sales and communication skills, and be able to assist customers in planning domestic and international holiday packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound sales calls to promote domestic and international holiday packages.
- Respond to inbound travel enquiries and convert them into bookings.
- Achieve monthly travel sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage customer information and follow-ups through CRM.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process.
Requirements
- Degree/Postgraduate qualification in Travel & Tourism or a related field, or experience in a similar role.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in travel sales or a related position.
- Freshers with a Travel & Tourism educational background are encouraged to apply.
- Good English communication and customer handling skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
