1. Telecaller / Team Lead – Telecalling & Operations (Calling Profile)
Location: Amanora, Hadapsar, Pune
Qualification: Any Graduate (Mandatory)
Preferred Candidate Profile: Excellent communication skills with customer handling ability and a professional approach
Role Overview
The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound customer calls related to loan services, explaining financial products, generating leads, and assisting clients throughout the loan process.
Experienced candidates with strong communication and leadership skills may be considered for the Team Lead position.
Please Note: The Team Lead role is also an active calling profile, and candidates will be required to handle customer calls along with team management responsibilities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate degree mandatory
- Freshers can apply for Junior Telecaller role
- Experienced candidates preferred for Team Lead position
- Good communication and convincing skills required
- Basic computer knowledge mandatory
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment
