About Us
Krishna Rubber Product is a well-established manufacturer of rubber moulded components serving customers across various industries. We are looking for a sincere, organized, and detail-oriented Office Billing & Data Entry Executive to support our day-to-day office operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and generate invoices, quotations, delivery challans, and other billing documents.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain office records.
- Handle billing and accounting entries using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Maintain customer and supplier databases.
- Attend customer phone calls professionally and respond to basic enquiries.
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, dispatch, and payment follow-ups.
- Use Microsoft Excel for maintaining reports and records.
- Prepare letters and documents using Microsoft Word.
- Organize and maintain office files, both physical and digital.
- Assist with general administrative and office work as required.
- Support management with day-to-day office activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
- 1–3 years of experience in billing, data entry, or office administration is preferred. Freshers with good computer knowledge may also apply.
- Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of GST billing and invoice preparation will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Tamil. Basic English communication is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Honest, punctual, and willing to learn.
