Job Description – Senior .NET Technical Lead
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development using .NET, C#, and SQL Server, with strong expertise in designing enterprise-grade applications.
- Work time : 3 PM to 12 PM IST (minor flexibility is acceptable)
- Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable, high-performance applications and microservices-based solutions.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes and containerized workloads, including deployment, orchestration, scalability, and monitoring.
- Good understanding of Azure cloud services and cloud-native application architecture, deployment models, and best practices.
- Drive technical leadership activities including solution design, code reviews, performance optimization, and mentoring development teams.
- Develop and optimize REST APIs, backend services, and distributed systems with focus on reliability, scalability, and security.
- Experience working with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization tools, and automated deployment processes.
- Additional advantage for candidates with hands-on exposure to search technologies such as Elasticsearch or Apache Solr.
