Role Overview
We are looking for a technically strong and customer-focused Solution Consultant to implement Supply Chain Traceability solutions for manufacturing clients.
The successful candidate will work closely with customers to understand manufacturing processes, map supply chains, configure our traceability solution, support system implementation, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer business and manufacturing processes.
- Conduct requirement gathering and process mapping.
- Configure and implement digital traceability solutions.
- Support ERP integration, testing, training, and go-live.
- Prepare functional documentation and implementation reports.
- Provide post-implementation support and customer training.
- Work closely with customers and internal technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in ERP, SAP (MM/PP), Manufacturing, Supply Chain, MES, PLM, or Industrial Automation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and factory visits.
