USAC Procure to Pay/STP SME:

Proactively drives end-to-end process optimization, identifying inefficiencies and implementing robust, scalable solutions.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.

Champion a culture of operational excellence.

Anticipate risks and future business needs, implementing preventative controls.

Serve as the authoritative subject-matter expert for all AP & Procurement related topics.

SOX controls review
-
Build and maintain high-impact relationships with senior stakeholders.

Communicate with conviction and clarity.

Hold stakeholders accountable for compliance with PtP/STP policies.
-
Strong focus on compliance, controls and adherence to financial and legal requirements.

Stay updated on relevant regulations (e.g., VAT, local tax laws) and ensure compliance across US, Canada & Costa Rica.

Support stakeholders through transformation to S4 Hana.
-
Provide decisive oversight and governance of Genpact’s AP operations.
-
Intervene promptly and assertively when performance deviates.
-
Set clear expectations and maintain disciplined performance management routines.

Ensure Genpact remains fully aligned with transformation roadmaps.

Your Skills and Expertise
Basic Qualifications: To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Finance, accounting AND 4–5 years of procure to pay experience/STP
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems (SAP 4 Hana, Ariba, Fiori or similar)

Intermediate to advanced English (oral and written)
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
-
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Managing open communication with team members

Collaborating and working with BPO/Shared Service organizations

Knowledge of procure to pay/STP processes for US & Canada in SAP 4 Hanna, including tax compliance and SOX
Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge/end to end of procure to pay/STP processes in US & Canada, including tax compliance and SOX

Experience working in a Shared Services or multinational environment.

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Collaborating and working with BPO/Shared Service organizations

Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge in SAP 4 Hana
Work location:
- Hybrid – Job duties allow for remote work, with attendance required as needed.
