Position: Sales Engineer – Air Compressor
Location: Cuttack, Odisha
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships.
Promote and sell industrial air compressors and related solutions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
Coordinate with the service and application teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while expanding market presence.
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
✔ 2–5 years of experience in industrial equipment or air compressor sales.
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✔ Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
✔ Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.
