Role Overview
This position is designed for candidates who are capable of working across development, SEO, and business growth functions. The role requires individuals who can execute tasks independently, contribute to revenue, and actively participate in building the company’s digital presence.
This is not a single-function role. Employees are expected to contribute across technical execution, client support, and growth activities.
Compensation Structure
Fixed Salary:
Per Project Compensation:
- ₹1,000 – ₹3,000 per completed project (based on complexity and quality)
Performance Incentives:
- 10% – 20% commission on project value, upsells, and revenue contribution
Total monthly earnings are directly linked to performance and output. High-performing individuals have the opportunity to earn significantly above the fixed salary.
Key Responsibilities1. Web Development and SEO Execution
- Design and develop websites and landing pages using WordPress, Shopify, or relevant technologies
- Implement on-page SEO practices including meta tags, keyword structuring, and content optimization
- Ensure websites meet standards for performance, responsiveness, and user experience
2. Business Contribution and Client Engagement
- Identify potential business opportunities and contribute to lead generation
- Support in client communication, requirement gathering, and solution presentation
- Participate in revenue-generating activities when required
All team members are expected to contribute to business growth in addition to their primary responsibilities.
3. Daily Content Creation (Mandatory Requirement)
- Allocate a minimum of one hour daily to content creation
- Produce content such as reels, posts, case studies, or work showcases
- Contribute consistently to the company’s digital presence
This requirement is mandatory and forms a part of performance evaluation.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with design, development, and marketing teams
- Support team members in achieving project and business objectives
- Adapt to multiple responsibilities based on organizational needs
Performance Expectations
- Minimum of three completed projects per month
- Consistent contribution to revenue, content creation, and team deliverables
- Adherence to quality standards, timelines, and client requirements

Idle time without contribution is not acceptable.

All employees are expected to function beyond a single role and contribute to development, marketing, and business growth as required.

Continuation of employment beyond the probation period depends on:

Eligibility Criteria
- Completion of graduation (any discipline)
- Strong working knowledge of web development (WordPress, Shopify, or HTML/CSS)
- Basic to intermediate understanding of SEO principles
- Ability to execute tasks independently with minimal supervision
Work Details
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Weekly Off: Sunday
