We need candidates with construction field experience only
1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning:
- Site staffing: Site engineers, supervisors, project managers, safety officers, Accountant & Skilled and Unskilled labours.
- Labor mobilization:Source workers from local areas, labor contractors, or agencies for project sites.
- Background verification: Aadhaar/PAN, trade certificates for skilled workers.
- Offer & onboarding: Issue offer letters, appointment orders, conduct site induction.
2. Compliance & Statutory:
- Labor laws: Ensure compliance with BOCW Act, CLRA, EPF, ESI, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act.
- Licensing: Maintain labor license, BOCW registration for each project site.
- Records: Maintain muster rolls, wage registers, Form 16A, CLRA returns, accident registers.
- Audits: Handle inspections from Labor Dept, PF/ESI authorities.
3. Payroll & Benefits:
- Wage processing: Track daily wages, overtime, site allowances, project incentives.
- Disbursement: Ensure timely salary/wage payment via bank transfer or cash as per law.
- Benefits admin: Manage PF, ESI, gratuity, group insurance, BOCW welfare benefits.
- Deductions: Handle advances, penalties, TDS as per policy.
4. Attendance & Leave Management:
- Site attendance: Track via biometric, manual muster, or apps at remote sites.
- Leave policy: Define CL/SL/EL for office staff vs. site workers, manage compensatory off .
- Overtime: Calculate and approve OT as per Factories Act/State rules.
5. Safety & Welfare:
- PPE compliance: Coordinate with Safety Officer for helmet, boots, harnesses issuance.
- Training: Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks, first-aid training with HSE team.
- Welfare: Ensure drinking water, rest shelters, toilets, creche at sites per BOCW rules.
- Accident handling: Support incident reporting, ESI claims, compensation processing.
6. Performance & Discipline:
- KRA/KPI: Set targets for engineers, supervisors; track project-wise performance.
- Appraisals: Conduct annual reviews for permanent staff, skill grading for workers.
- Disciplinary action: Handle absenteeism, theft, safety violations, issue memos/charge sheets.
- Grievance handling: Resolve wage disputes, accommodation issues, contractor conflicts.
7. Training & Development:
- Skill development: Arrange trade testing, masonry/carpentry certification, machine operator training.
- Compliance training: POSH, safety standards, ISO awareness for staff.
- Career progression: Identify workers for promotion from helper → mason → supervisor.
8. Exit & Full & Final Settlement:
- Resignation/termination: Conduct exit interviews, recover assets like ID, PPE.
- F&F settlement: Process gratuity, leave encashment, PF withdrawal, NOC.
- Experience letters: Issue service certificates as per BOCW Act.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
