Job Title: Sales Manager - Hotel Network
We’re Hiring: Sales Manager – Luxury Hotels Corporate Office in Mumbai | Pan-India Travel
Kish Hospitality Consultant is partnering with a leading boutique luxury hotel & resort group to onboard a senior sales professional.
About the Role
You will drive revenue for multiple premium properties across India with a strong focus on the Corporate and MICE segments. This is an individual contributor role with direct P&L visibility and the mandate to build market share from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business from corporates, event planners, travel agents, and DMCs
- Own the sales cycle: lead generation, negotiation, contracting, and account growth
- Travel 15+ days per month for client meetings, trade shows, and property showcases
- Cross-sell multiple hotels and manage rate/demand strategy in coordination with revenue teams
- Maintain CRM discipline and deliver accurate weekly forecasts
Ideal Candidate
- 5-8 years in 5-star or luxury hotel sales
- Proven network in Corporate & MICE segments with verifiable track record
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- MBA or Hotel Management background preferred
- Based in Mumbai with ability to travel extensively
