2. Explain course benefits, job opportunities, and career growth prospects.
2. Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into enrolments.
4. Maintain a database of interested candidates and track progress.
5. Counsel students who visit the institute and guide them toward suitable courses.
6. Address queries and concerns of prospective students.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach efforts.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication and convincing skills.
2. Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
3. Basic knowledge of IT courses and career opportunities in the industry.
4. Ability to handle multiple inquiries and maintain records.
5. Prior experience in tele calling, counselling, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
